TheVampireDante Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 It says it's a replacer, so it changes the outfit titled in the description, the 'merc grunt outfit'. Look for that outfit name when buying from people, try Moira, Bannon or one of the travelling merchants.

The only thing I remember about it is that the location was under the scenic view sign while exiting the vault. I saw it before I started playing and had thought it was somewhere later in the game so skipped it until I found that place. :P
