Fallout 3 Mod Detectives

I'm looking for mod that would change leveling to more Skyrim-like (no main skills, increase by skill usage). Could also change effects of attributes and perks to fit new system (e.g. no extra skill points for INT, but gives other bonus). Not know if that exist.

I'm looking for a mod that stops Three Dog talking about the player as much. I don't like feeling as though I'm at the center of the universe!

 

Also, is there a mod that stops people from saying stuff like "Don't try anything" or "It's locked for a reason" every time I look at a locked container or something. Seems a little unrealistic to me :)

@delta9857, FOOK2 1.2 Open Beta has options to disable the locked, clumsy, pickpocket, etc. comments.

As far as I know there is no mod to shut up 3-D... you could always go up there and kill him.

I used to remember a mod that let you join the Brotherhood of Steel before you actually meet them in the MQ. Can't find it on here at all. It might just have been a join the BoS mod and I used another mod to get in there before the MQ.

I have been poking around to see if I could find a simple mod that will add a Mister Handy as a follower. Not a Gutsy! I found Robco Certified, but I'm not sure if that one adds a Handy or a Gutsy, and I was hoping for something more basic. I searched the Nexus but it seems like it's mostly Gutsys out there. Any help would be appreciated :)
