Hoamaii
In response to post #10483544. #10483791, #10483802 are all replies on the same post. Thanks for replying, guys. I was just reading some other threads when you were posting here, where they were saying you need to backup your load order, uninstall all your mods, unsintall old NMM version, clean your registery, install new version, reload all your mods, etc., etc.... and lots of people saying they're stuck. Not quite reassuring...What did you guys exactly do? Simply click on the Download NMM 0.46 version, enter the right path to your old NMM version and it overwrote your previous version? (sorry, English is not my native language, I sometimes get a bit confused with "technical" words...).Also, should you keep your older NMM open or should you close it while updating? shadedmagus
Wow, I almost couldn't believe it when I read that you're getting thousands of PMs and trouble tickets about *known* site maintenance. I mean, yeah, I'm currently in a Skyrim playthrough and trying out some mods I hadn't before, and it's a tad annoying because NMM is so nice to use and having to go back to the manual method of importing files into NMM, but sheesh! 1) THEY'RE GAMES2) THE SITE TEAM TOLD US THEY WOULD BE WORKING ON THE SITE I haven't seen a major migration go without some issues, and you're to be congratulated for it being as smooth as it has. These other people who are like "MRAR, I WANT THIS NOW WHY DON'T IT WORK HATE YOU" need to take a chill pill, seriously. Thanks for all the work you've done, and for maintaining such an awesome site, and especially for opening it up to more games. Armatiel
Just a quick word of thanks for all that you have done over the last few days. I can see it's been a rough week for you and the NMM team. I had to wait a day to do the update in order to get in some family time and wanted to say the update went smoothly as did the 2 downloads I just tried. Great Job!! I know you have loads more work to do but please be sure to take a breather now and then and try and ignore all the nay sayers. Your efforts are greatly appreciated my the majority of us NMM users. ;)

There's a button to export/import your load order on the left sidebar, would be far easier to manage it than a screenshot, just so you know in the future. I have not updated NMM yet, I haven't been able to download NMM .046, I guess I'll wait till there's less traffic on the Nexus.Edit: 0.46 downloaded, installed and apparently I was instantly loged-in with all my 200 mods intact and load order preserved :). Thanks for your guidance guys, I'll try and remember it all for next time ;). Cheers! Edited December 8, 2013 by Hoamaii
