Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch movement speed problem

After installing the Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch and dependencies, including the Sprint Mod, everyone in the game runs way too fast to track.

I have adjusted all the frame rates, v syncs, move mults in console and every other fix I've found online and nothing reverts/changes movement to what it should be.

I've tried without the Sprint Mod, same thing.

Only when I remove the Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch (which disables mods that depend on it automatically ?) does movement return to normal.

If it matters, the mods that won't work without it that I intended to use are:

BLTC.esp

Project Beauty- Broken Steel.esp

Project Beauty.esm

Fallout Rebirth Compatibility Patch.esp

Goodies.esm

Iron Sights Plus.esp

Mothership Crew.esm

Motorcycle Replacer.esp

T4-plugin.esp

Sprint Mod.esp

I have only tried removing the Sprint Mod.esp from that list but nothing fixes it.

Can someone link me to a known fix or tell me how to fix it? Using GECK I can find the fMoveBaseSpeed which is set at 85 (and changing that doesn't do anything). Posts on the Mod are locked and I have spend hours trying to find a workaround, including other mods that adjust speed.

Thank you.

The only locked posts in the comments section of the Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch are the three "sticky" posts at the top of the page. No other posts are locked, and the uploader replied to a post as recently as yesterday (January 14, 2023).

Also, why do you say that the UUFO3P has dependencies including the sprint mod?

Seems like it only requires the DLCs, Command Extender and NVSE.

There seems to be typo here, Not NVSE but FOSE and the DLCs are all that is required. These are shown under "Requirements". There are three sections under this heading.

DLC requirements and Off-site requirements. These list the requirements to run the mod. Do not confuse this with "Mods requiring this file". That is a list of mods that require the Updated Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch. Not a list of mods that are required to use the patch.

I was not able to comment on the thread for whatever reason, and I meant the mods that depend on the one in question, not the other way around.

With all those points pointed out I didn't hear anyone with a suggestion as to what it could be. So does any one have an answer here? If not I'll ask somewhere else.

Doesn't change the need if you don't know, there's no reason to comment. But at least the thread got a little traction. Hopefully someone will have a better answer. Thank you.

Try leaving you question/issue on the mod thread once again. If you still cannot leave a comment, perhaps send a PM (personal message) to the uploader and see if you can get assistance that way. A lack of a helpful response in an open forum usually means that anyone seeing the post actually lacks any knowledge about the issue. I apologize for not suggesting this in my previous post.

Thank you. After extensive testing by adding each mod one by one, loading a game and trying to move, I found out it was LStewiesAL's Tweaks mod that was the actual culprit. I posted my question on that mod page now on suggestions how to fix it.
