chicky540
hi guys. i dont care much about this topic, but it made me think. isnt it against the rules / terms of service, i mean, dont you have to block nudity by making your mod "adults only" ... and then the mod "Tera Armour Retextures for UNP by CherylOh" was just featured by screenshot with showing the typical boob-mods "well equipped chick" in all her glory? not sure if i am right, but doesnt this kinda "override" the adults-only-filter? i mean, im sure im not the only one that saw that right now. anyhow, still waiting for my chat-access to be fixed, just wanted to ask about it since i dont understand how that was possible. cheers. edit: yeah, i know, sex sells, the fewer pieces it covers the higher the dl- and endorsement-rate on an armor, i study business after all, but im one of those few guys that simply doesnt find this cool... *old-school-dude* Edited December 10, 2013 by chicky540
ZeroKing
Then either direct the author to change the picture henceforth, or report it to the moderators to have this cleared out correctly. It's the responsibility of the mod author to have proper images for the mod display (as I believe it is against the rules to have nudity in the mod banner display). Dark0ne
Where did you see it? Have you got the adult-only content filter turned on in your preferences? I checked the mod and it's flagged as adult only.
chicky540
well, i didnt visit the file, i was looking at the general "skyrim - armor" ... this one: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/searchresults/?src_cat=54 and the screenshot was the "featured file"-screenshot on the top... that was what confused me, and i was only wondering if the "feature-file"-screenshot of the general armor section of skyrim kinda has the possibilty to like "counter" the idea of the adult-filter (... em... i think the picture.. its called.. eh.. "hotfile-image"... you set it up when you upload your mod) ... so, if someone sets his file to adult-only, does that mean that some guys dont see that picture then? and instead get a different file featured? edit: well, sorry, im german native, lemme give you an example about what i try to say, i dont want to be misunderstood and will put it in other words. so, lets say, i make a sword that looks like a real giant penis, with only one uploaded screenshot of this thing for the mod. now of course i set the mod to adult only. but ... does it get featured? and could that mean that some guys that maybe shouldnt see it will be greeted by a feature-picture of that thing while randomly browsing the skyrim-weapons-section? Dark0ne
Yes. If you have adult-content turned on you'll see adult content. If you have it turned off, you won't.
