Sorting confusion

I am baffled by the conflict between LOOT standalone version and the LOOT embedded into Vortex. There seemed to be a conflict between the two because I am using this mod called Femmequins (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/15828). The plugin need to be placed quite low in the order to prevent the mannequins from having human heads.

 

When I sorted with the Vortex's LOOT, the plugin seemed to be placed at the right spot. But when I sorted with LOOT standalone utilities, it changes the order and put it high up, leaving me with the aforementioned human heads. (The Vortex version seemed to be better here). Could someone enlightened me on why this conflict takes place within the same apps?

I know being send elsewhere for an answer isn't the first thing you want to read, but alas, the reality is that the LOOT folks are best equipped to answer your question. They have a Discord (https://discord.gg/gZYTEhH) and you might have better luck getting an answer there.

Vortex has it's own sorting mechanism, just let it do it's think, and call it a day.

why would you sort once using vortex, then sort again outside of vortex? as you can see from your results, doing this is going to give you a bad time so don't do it
