We need the information under "Download tests" as well. If you can't do that then you need to specify the actual issue you're experiencing.

I have no idea what "Download tests" was but I tried Download test from the web and here's what it looks like

I don't use any VPN or running any background applications (besides Windows Security).

As a free user, waiting for the file(s) to be completely downloaded was never a problem even while playing online games, listening to a video from a tab, and have multiple mod page tab opened.

 

But ever since this Jan 2023 downloading files specifically from the Nexusmods has now turned to be a lot much slower, like it's in the KB and sometimes even in the Bytes

If you're having trouble running the tests there's also a Vortex extension (linked at the top of the article) which will run the tests for you and pre-fill the template for pasting.

 

In the event your speed is bad on all the test links, this is most likely a problem at your ISP.
