Oblivion arrows are basically friendly creatures, and endvour to do as little damage as possible while passing through the body, carefully dodging internal organs, major nerve bundles and blood veins. There's water everywhere, but why are the only drinks you can buy are either alcoholic or magic? How come the amount of protection from armour is directly proportional to how much it weighs?
