Your speeds look okay especially the Premium CDN. Recommend you switch manually to that one.

I'm swapped to the CDN as it gives the best speed, but it is a lot lower than what I usually get anywhere else. I know steam has billions of dollars so I don't consider them a valid to compare to, but even other file hosting sites I usually get better speeds. I'm not sure what is different in the CDN test towards the top under ISP compared to the download tests, but 3.4MB/s is more accurate to what I see compared to 5.4MB/s.

I'm having pretty much the same issue from the UK. Normally I'm getting around 100MB/s, so pretty much as fast as my 900Mbps connection will go. However for the past few weeks I've been capped at about 5MB/s, or less than a twentieth of my potential speed.

 

I've spent most of the day trying to download ~20GB of Fallout 76 mod. It's currently stuck at ~5MB/s irrespective of which server I select. Although I starts off in the 60MB/s region but that quickly drops, that's when it's not failing to download all together.

Not that it helps, but you're not alone. It's probably time I cancel my premium membership as I certainly ain't getting "uncapped" speeds.

You do understand that downloads from Nexus are not 'point to point'.... there are a lot of folks between, and any one of them could be throttling your download.

We get a fair few reports from Comcast/Xfinity customers. It seems they do something called "Packet Shaping" which can artificially slow your downloads.

 

You may need to contact your ISP for further assistance on this one.
