I get that message when I look at a mod page, even though I know I have, in fact, downloaded it. If I go to my download history, and find it, and follow that link, it gives the correct date for when I downloaded. (and it now remembers that I did....)

I have noticed that with some mods it depends on the server refresh and the browsser you are using. In firefox the downloaded mods show up almost right away. When I use Chrome it takes a bit and some times it does not show up at all. Just Kinda random.

However most of the time when its been in my vortex It eventually show up with in 24h or so.

I am using firefox, and some of these mods, I downloaded a couple years ago. :D

Can you confirm which mod you were looking at? I'm afraid I can't look into it without more detail.
