I don't have Game Pass. However, like anyone running Windows 10, I have Windows Store. PSO2 was a free game I installed from the Windows Store quite some time ago. Specifically, when the New Genesis version released. Apparently, somewhere along the way, the game install became damaged. It took about 11 hours to repair the install, but once it did, Vortex stopped displaying the error. Thank you so much for providing the clue that fixed this!
