Where are packed mod-source files stored?

I noted unpacked mod files in the Vortex directory, but haven't found the original packed (7z, etc archives) files anywhere?

 

I need the packed archives for other various mod managers, since I'm having problems w/my game not starting after Vortex installed several modules.

Wherever you told them to store them.

 

In the AppData folder by default, but you can set any directory you want in the settings. It's the "download" folder.
