I keep getting this screen whenever I do ANYTHING in these forums.
What's going on?
I also made this same topic earlier today and it never appeared.

That's strange, what were you posting and in which forum?

 

I think someone else mentioned it a few days ago, but I put it down to either a CloudFlare quirk or the user's browser addons.

Same here.

 

Started 2-3 weeks ago when i press F5 in the 'New content' page (which is pretty much all i do nowadays in the nexus).

 

Come to think of it, I have not seen this message in the last couple of days.

If either you have a screenshot that may help narrow down where it's coming from. It sounds like it's CloudFlare related, but could be something built into the forum itself.

For me, when it happens, it lasts about 2 seconds. It is a white screen with centered large black letters (about 1 cm tall).

THat's what happens to me as well, kind of too quick to get a url etc.

I'll try hitting Printscreen or something next time

 

(Although it doesn't seem to be happening today....so far)

It is happening again. About half the time when i hit F5.

Thanks for the screenshot, I've never seen that before so I'll see what I can find out. I suspect it's a Cloudflare page.

I've heard back from the team. It's a traffic management page, so something about your browser setup may be changing the way requests are made and triggering that extra check.

I do not remember what I may have changed in Chrome settings.

For me, t is not worth pursuing. Just a few seconds delay a few times a day do not bother at all
