I would like to play free from the pressure of the main quest

BUT, for my taste it goes one step too far as it removes the minuteman questline as well, I still like to do good for the Commonwelath as the leader of the minutemen.

it is eminently satisfying to me to boild fucntional settlements were there was nothing but howling wilderness before.

 

Hoping for a mod and/or a fucntion that just removes the Institute from the get-go.

 

Is there a "kill faction" console command i n FO4, like in civlization cheat mode?

I know, I know.. :tongue:

But i like to be immersive and it makes me feel like a bad father if I ignore the institute.

Also the feeling of being watched by them does not sit well with me.
