Strange Screen "Infinity" effect?

Hello!

 

I am somewhat new to modding and recently upgraded my PC, so I wanted to try to mod Skyrim with the mod list in this video .

 

I tried my best to do everything myself (following every tutorial I could find) and I think for the most part I did ok? However now when I boot into a new game, after I create a character, the game does this strange screen duplication effect. I seem to still be able to move around in the game world and hear things fine, however the visuals are "stuck" and duplicated.

 

I don't know what could be causing this and could really just use an experienced set of eyes on this please!!!

 

P.S I would like to send my full mod list as well as a photo of the issue I am having, however I cant seem to attach anything as my files sizes are too large :/

Oh that might be it! I tried to get EVERY mod from the mod list in the video I linked and I think it had both a DLSS and ENB, definitely and ENB at the very least. Would you know if removing the DLSS from my mod list break anything? I got it all because the video said "no compromise" so I figured I should get it all
