I am now unable to enter my details from my free account access to begin the download... Tried contacting Customer Support and nothing... Essentially, money is gone, account seems to be useless, and downloads I expected to get done this evening are gone with the wind... Yes it says PREMIUM on my account... but aside from that I've received no benefits... I mean, it's currently 3 o'clock in the morning where Black Tree is headquartered. Probably going to have to wait for daylight to get a response from staff. If they're going to charge the prices they charge, the expectation is there regardless... so yes, I have requested a refund, and if not, it's a simple chargeback... Pickysaurus Posted July 18, 2023 Share Posted July 18, 2023 What problem were you having exactly? Did you speeds not increase (there's a pinned post about how to troubleshoot that)? Are you downloading collections but getting the free experience (this is known issue which can fixed by logging out of Vortex and back in)? On the second point, the current Vortex 1.9 beta includes some improvements which should allow the Premium upgrade to appear in the app a lot faster.
