Is there a way to make a collection without Vortex?

What it says on the tin. I'm modding Planet Zoo, which doesn't function well with Vortex, and want to make a collection of mods for the game. Is there any way to just make the collection on nexusmods.com? Thanks.

Not until Collections are out of beta, Nexus Mods releases the code for it and some other mod manager implements the released code.

There's not really any point in making a collection without Vortex as you need Vortex to install a collection. You might want to talk to Dev of the Planet Zoo extension about how it could be improved

As a sickly normie gamer, the collections function initially comes off as a way to bookmark pages from NexusMods.com into one collections like a pinterest collection or something. Personally, I haven't been able to install Vortex at all. (It keeps giving me an install error that it can't find some hostfxr.dll file so after several versions of Vortex install fails, several Youtube and forum workarounds that don't work... I just get by with manual installs... That said, it would be neat to have a way to bookmark and collect mods outside of the Vortex environment. So I just use Chrome bookmarks. 
Meh. It works enough.
