Block members feature not just authors

RDR2 comments section is full of spamming idiots, would nice to be able to block them.

You cannot block comments on the website side. If you feel the comments break the rules, please report them.

This thread was a suggestion, users have a 'block' button on their profile but unless they are authors they cannot be blocked, would probably take 5 minutes to fix this.
