I am having the same problem listed above by countless others. This is incredibly frustrating. I cannot access my collections NOR create/view any.
This is a significant problem, observing that it's been ongoing since *September 23* and all we're told even now is "try again".... "adblock"
None of us have reached any solution with these suggestions.
This type of stuff is what drives customers/consumers away from the brand. From our end, it feels very disingenuous and rather flippant.

Boy howdy do I love a feature that is supposedly to make the user experience better in fact, constantly breaking and failing to have basic functionality. Would love to use a collection if I could log in, see the mod files, hold a connection to the website for more than five seconds, or even go more than three pages deep on a search.

"me too"ing this thread isn't going to fix the error. It only takes one or two people to call their attention to it.

Issue has been around for years with hundreds complaining. The only reason the staff responded immediately here was because there were quite a few more complaining all over before this thread. Ive seen maybe 3 staff posts acknowledging it, and no genuine help has been given. The more people that say that they are experiencing the same issue, the more the staff realize they need to get on this, especially premium users so they see their profits are at stake. Every response helps. Christ, just look how many people hopped on this when I brought it up an hour ago.

It's not like this problem has just been happening constantly for years. It's an intermittent problem that is resolved when they restart the software and then it re-occurs at a later date. Yes, it would be nice if they could find the cause, but multiple posts aren't going to magically make them have an epiphany as to what the problems is.

I am also having an issue with this. Keep getting an error saying "Sign in with a different account". I tried creating a new account, and it also doesn't work. So no linked to Premium or free accounts. Disappointing, because the collection I got is crashing, and can't read anything about it since it's all locked behind a sign in wall that I can't get past. I just got Premium too, so I guess I'll be canceling that membership since I can't use the features I purchased that membership for.
