Vortex Not Disabling Plugins

I am using Vortex 1.9.3. When I disable, or uninstall a mod, the plugin file(s) remain active. This means to disable them I should go to the plugin tab and disable it, or to remove into the game mod folder. It did this for some mods, but some it removed properly. Any idea of to how to ensure this does not happen again.

There's a column available in the plugins tab to show which mod a plugin is associated with. Use that to check that the plugin is connected to the mod you disabled/removed. If it's blank, then Vortex didn't install that plugin at all and won't remove it.
