How do i change the folder that mods are installed in for Balder's Gate 3

How do i change the folder that mods are installed in for Balder's Gate 3. I have googled it and gone through the Vortex settings for BG3 and have not been able to solve this.

 

 

This is where they are going now

C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\baldursgate3\mods

 

 

This is where I want them to

C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Local\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Mods

The first is the staging folder. When the mods are deployed they should have links created in the second directory.

Hit the deploy button.

 

As long as the game install is set correctly it should work.

I tried that no dice, I was hoping for a way to manually set the location
