Gamebryo-plugin-management issue with node-loot.node

1.9.5 downloaded from nexus website

- No games yet

- No mods downloaded

- Installed mod manager on new pc

I have redownloaded the newest version, attempted to install an older version that has worked for me in the past, turned off windows defender, whitelisted vortex, installed the redistributables, and tried installing to different directories to check for a pathing issue. This is very irksome and everywhere i look i get the same suggestions that have not helped. The copy paste answers are not helping and I'm getting frustrated and need someone who can actually help.

Update: Found a solution, When installing the redistributables, I had originally only installed the x86 version and not the x64. After installing the x64 version along side the x86 versions the problem now seems to have resolved itself. Seems to be that either both are needed or just the x64, but have not tested nor do I have the knowledge base to confirm. If more information could be provided or if the error report from vortex could specify which files were needed it might save others frustration and time in the future. This took me a few hours to figure out and I now feel like I am pc illiterate.
