Davo0411
I'm averaging sub 300kb/s downloads with vortex at best, often sits at 0kb/s for a couple minutes then bounces around >50kb/s. Takes 30+ mins to download anything over 10mb. Only started happening recently (around when i cancelled premium subscription). Any help would be greatly appreciated, and I am really not looking to resubscribe to premium unfortunately as the free downloads is usually just fine. It also is incredibly slow downloading via chrome, so its not exclusively a vortex issue. Pickysaurus
I've hidden three comments where other users tried to hijack your thread with their own issues. Your results show a problem across the board for connectivity but the CDN is downloading above 3MB/s so there's no limits being applied on our side. If you look through this forum you'll see Telstra in Australia is a frequent problem due to the way they shape/manage the traffic to our website. My best suggestion is to report a fault to your ISP and see if they can improve the routing.
