skyrim special edition missing library issue

i know this issue might have already been addressed since its an old game and mods have been out for quite some time now, but i have skyrim special edition v1.6.640.0 installed, and i have used the vortex mod manager to install Auto Complete All Achievements mod and the required SSE Engine Fixes for 1.6.629 and newer mod, and when i try to start up skyrim in steam i get an error msg after i hit play on the launcher that says "Failed to locate an appropriate address library with the path Data/SKSE/Plugins/versionlib-1-6-640.bin" im using no other mods, can anyone please help me?

You need the "Address Library" mod.

update, i installed some library plugins which now allows me to open the game, but any new game i start or open any older save it says mods are loaded, achievements are disabled, which means that my initial mod that i wanted, the complete all achievements mod, wont work, would still appreciate any help on this please

issue resolved, downloaded achievements mods enabler as well with all the other mods and finally worked
