PakRatJR
I'm trying to figure out if it is possible to independently manage two separate installs of one game. I have Cyberpunk installed and modded and running great. But with the new 2.0 update now, I want to copy my current "old" version to a separate location and continue playing with my current mods and saves as I still have some "unfinished business" and don't want to scrap it. My thought was I could make a second profile and use one for the old version with the related mods and the second one for the new version with the updated mods, but I can't figure out how to set a separate path for the old version after i move the folder. Is this possible to do?
showler
Vortex isn't really designed to do that. You can do some tricks to make it work, the easiest of which is to simply have multiple Windows Accounts. Each account will have its own Vortex setup. showler
Depending on how the update is done you can also make the different files for each version into their own mod and have them activate as needed.
