Cogglesz
Hey guys, i've had this problem for a couple months now, i'd really like to look to getting it sorted, i usually try google for any problems i've got but i just couldn't find anything.I was working on editing my own ENB preset but i've got a bit of a problem, once i've pushed Shift+Enter none of the gui's options can be configured, usually you can tick things on or tweak certain values but i can't do anything with this, its like the GUI is stuck on.I'm using a clean install of both the latest version of Skyrim & ENB, i've tried re-installing ENB several times but with no luck, hell i'm even using a new OS and i've still got the problem, i'm just curious if anyone else has bumped into this problem and maybe knows a fix for it, i've got all the usual things enabled on my skyrimprefs, turned hardware AA off as well. If anyone has any suggestions i'd be most thankful, i'm also able to provide any information required! Cheers.EDIT: Video on the way. myztikrice
You're only single clicking and not double clicking, right? Because you enabled/disabled a couple of settings in that video
Cogglesz
You're only single clicking and not double clicking, right? Because you enabled/disabled a couple of settings in that videonah i'm doing all sorts of clicking, along with dragging (like the circle cursor to adjust certain values) i did see that some settings where enabled but that was just luck, you'll see it instantly defaults most of the time, like the settings file is read only however thats not the case, for the whole video i tried to enable/disable random things in the gui and only 2 things managed to be enabled, you'll also see me clicking at them, they tick on for a half second and instantly go back to default if you look closely in the video, i've made enb presets in the past and i know how to work the gui, i've got alot of past experience with it. darkgondul
If you look on your Skyrim main folder you'll see a second Skyrim folder, inside there is a second SkyrimPrefs.ini document (\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\skyrim\Skyrim), do the same modification that you've done for the regular SkyrimPrefs.ini on your documents folder (\Documents\my games\skyrim). JustBowlin
I've been having a similar issue the past few days where I could uncheck the various [EFFECTS] but I could not change the values in any of the other settings using the GUI or the .ini file. Removing enbhelper.dll from the enbseries folder did the trick for me. No idea why, had been working fine for months but it was 100% causing my problem so give it a shot. camaro_69_327
Did ya play the video? and read what was in the black box?...the original problem was solved by removing AMD rapter game software..as with most ENB problems, its something on your computer...as for the Enbhelper DLL, it is needed, but for the last 3 days my ENB is telling me their is a new Update, that i have not gotten , So the Helper dll may not be needed, but i am still using the older version ENB. Kujingod
I am using CAM. A monitoring program that tells me the temp of my CPU an GPU. It comes with a FPS when you are playing your games. I could not get my GUI to open when I had it open. So if your using a FPS program turn it off it might work.
