Waddalian
Hey there, just got a premium account to install the Constellations collection for SkyrimSE on my gaming laptop because it was pretty lightweight, but I cannot find SkyrimSE itself in either managed or unmanaged games, so I can't actually use Vortex. Is this a common problem that can be easily fixed or is it something else? My other attempts at trying to find a solution only led to complaints about SkyrimSE unmanaging itself or having a problem with SKSE. My problem is that SkyrimSE doesn't seem to exist on Vortex, and I'd greatly appreciate some help. It is also not hidden. This is what it looks like to me:
DARFIRIUS
Yes I have the same problem but not only with skyrimes but with LF4 as well, and I haven't found any information about it
Waddalian
I have reinstalled Vortex twice but I still have the same problem. And I looked around and I've found two options that might work for installing collections, although I would also like some input on whether these methods will work. The first is that I use NMM - Community Edition (https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/305) but I don't know whether it supports the installation of collections or not. The second is that I use MO2 with Kojilama's Nexus Collections Downloader (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/96964), I install the whole collection in MO2 and unpack each mod then let LOOT organise the playlist, although I have no idea whether this will completely bugger Skyrim or not. I've got an slow computer, so either method + the installation of a collection will take a day at least. Does anyone know if either method I listed works? showler
Did you check your extensions to make sure they are all enabled? After hitting the "show bundled" button to show the hidden ones?
Waddalian
Hallelujah! SkyrimSE was disabled in the extensions, I think I may have misclicked last time I used it and disabled it. Thank you, you are a godsend, I haven't been able to use Vortex since August 2022 and I was just about to make my own game extension for SkyrimSE (I had the feeling it would utterly destroy my clean install of Skyrim) when I checked back in the forum. Once again, thank you thank you thank you!
