Pickysaurus
We can confirm that Cloudflare blocks users with Quest 2 and Quest 3 headsets from completing the captcha - they appear to have reverted their previous fix. We will feed this back to Cloudflare but this is beyond our power to fix directly. 1
Pickysaurus
This issue also appears to be related to the ROG Ally too

jmharris
We have been gathering evidence of this problem and liaising with Cloudflare on a solution. We're aware this is dragging on and are investigating alternatives if Cloudflare are unable to address this.
jmharris
We're seeing a sharp increase in successful captcha solves from Quest devices since Mar 11th. We're continuing to liaise with Cloudflare to understand what steps they are taking to address this.
jmharris
Since March we have been seeing consistent solve rates for Quest devices, so this issue should now be resolved. Cloudflare have shared the following feedback with us: Quote .. our team now pays closer attention to VR headsets based on our previous interactions with your team, and the team works hard to support all niche devices such as Quests. We released a change regarding user agent checks in March, which unfortunately I cannot go into more detail with, that correlates to the fix that you saw on your side. We are constantly monitoring across device types but if at any point you see issues, please let us know!
