how to change the downloads folder in vortex?

so in vortex i have starfield set to my secondary D drive and my vortex program is on my main drive c but my main drive is only 512gb and have the mods set to the same drive that starfield is in but while downloading a collection it stopped downloading the mods saying my hard drive is full even though i still have lots of space in the d drive and went to settings and the mods are set to download same hard drive that starfield is in but when i went to the download tab the downloads is still set for my c drive. so any way of moving it to my d drive or am i only able to just copy it to my d drive?

There's a separate folder for downloads and for mods.  They're on different tabs in settings.

For downloads you simply set a single download folder and Vortex automatically makes individual sub-folders for each game.

It doesn't matter what drive the downloads folder is on, so use your biggest slowest drive.  No point in putting it on an SSD.
