BG3 mods not on vortex working how I fix?

helloing I am trying to understand why my mods are throwing a hissy fit. yesterday they were working fine but I installed new mods and installed the new hotfix and now its coming up with errors saying "Strong Female Heads.pak couldn't be read correctly. This mod be incorrectly locked/ unlocked but will default to unlocked" what does this mean? and its also doing this for 5 more mods

I have tried:

uninstalling all mods and re installing them again but I'm seriously at my limit for solutions

pls help I just want to play my silly little rpg game

Just wanted to add I have the same type of problem. If anyone find a solution then please update with an answer.

Can't launch BG3 with any mods after the latest patch. When deleting a mod i get "couldn't be read correctly. This mod be incorrectly locked/ unlocked but will default to unlocked". 

Tried uninstalling everything related to BG3 and Vortex and manually deleting everything from Appdata. No luck.

Before the latest patch (or was it patch 14?) I completed the game with a ton of mods. Now? can't even get the game to launch through vortex.
