Uninstall/Reinstall Does Not Replace All Files

I've done a complete uninstall and reinstall including using Revo Uninstaller to remove all registry files and leftover folders from Vortex however when reinstalling it I still get errors about not being able to detect a masterlist for oblivion mods, spam messages about "Failed to look up dependency" or "Failed to install dependency". I have my Windows Firewall completely disabled and still get econnreset notices when attempting to download collections and the app generally seems to be significantly worse than any other time I've attempted to use it. Very much regretting buying premium repeatedly.

Why does a complete uninstall and reinstall not give supposedly critical files back? Why is there no better information available for generic connection problems? Why is my mod collection showing as "Pending" despite it not currently installing anything?

Does anyone even respond to these help topics? I see lots of very similar threads from the last few months while searching for resolutions to these problems and I see no attempts to assist them.

What is node 6 and why is it timing out persistently? I wish to identify if it's a problem on my router end or the CDN.

"Failed to resume download" and it opens every single mod page over and over and over again. Using firefox in a private session with every addon disabled. When did the website turn to such garbage?

Acknowledged above with the tracert and inquiry as to what node 6 is supposed to be. Trying to get a definitive answer. Any chance you could be so kind as to include a tracert copy/paste so I can go fight with my ISP if they're blocking something for no reason?

 

Also does not explain the masterlist errors though after several restarts of vortex while continuing to attempt to install collections I was finally prompted to repair/restore master files and the error has not reoccurred. Unsure why it took several restarts to get the prompt and why the app also lacks a manual input to do so.

Masterlist errors usually result from failure to connect to GitHub.

Try a free VPN and see if it fixes the problem.  That will tell you if your ISP is messing with things in a bad way.

I have a VPN and oddly enough when I set it to target Chrome that's when my Vortex becomes more useless. I have Vortex set as an exception; even when removing the exception and allowing Vortex behind the VPN I have the same problem.
