xFrandroid Posted May 7 Share Posted May 7 (edited) I am aware of the previously reported issue where the new media tab was not updating or showing 0 images - this seems to have been partially amended as all of my images up until 29th of April are now appearing, however I have since posted 4 new images, which appear on the old “my media” tab, but are not updating on the new media page. xFrandroid Posted May 28 Share Posted May 28 I've been tracking this issue ever since the new media/profile tab was incorporated, and have realised that there is a delay between uploading images and the media tab uploading. This is the third time I've logged in and noticed the previous missing images are now appearing on my profile, but any new images I post are not appearing. For example, at the time of my previous report on May 7, I was missing 4 images on my profile (but they still appeared under "My content" -> "Images" page). I logged in yesterday and saw those 4 images now appear on my profile. However, I have uploaded two further images within the past 24 hours. These two images appear in "My content"/Images page, but not appear on my profile/media tab. As per the screenshot, you can see the Media page displays 36 images, but My Content page displays 38 (missing images outlined in red). I think I figured out a possible cause on my end anyway - I have a tendency to upload pics as "hidden" first, before switching the category to "misc" and making it public. And it's those pics that I initially set to hidden that don't update on my profile, even after I change the category. I've uploaded a few more images since then without setting them to hidden first, and they are all appearing normally. That's exactly the problem. Moving an image created as "Hidden" out of that category causes it not to be indexed. The dev assigned to this found that issue towards the end of the day on Thursday.
