vortex launcher has issues where it will not open or launch.

 I haven't gotten on vortex in a few months and recently wanted to download the A StoryWealth on fallout 4 collections tab. before starting the downloading I went to open the launcher to check for updates and approved the newest update. After this the launcher has given me this error in the picture attached. I have deleted and reinstalled five times now and I have deleted every file related to vortex off of my computer for a one hundred percent full fresh download. This hasn't fixed anything and I'm not sure if there is a cloud save with my download history or something being brought back when I download the launcher. I just want a fresh install like I have never had vortex before. I'm on version 1.10.8

I copy and paste the location you dropped into file manager, and it forever loaded. I have found the Black Tree Gaming Ltd folder in my c drive and found the bundled plugins which is the only plugins I can find in my c drive. after checking in that folder, I couldn't find battlefleet gothic armada 2 file and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
