"Extensions updated, please restart to apply them"

You may have two versions of extension(s) installed for the same thing(s), 1 older and 1 newer. If you click on Downloads and then search for "Extension" you can review them and, if this is the case, remove the older of the two. Hopefully this will solve your issue.
