F04 Collections unrecoverable error

why am i getting an error when trying to view some collections and not getting it for others? trying to look at the immersive wasteland 2 collection for fallout 4 but get that error. tried looking at a few others and i get the same error message but then theres others that i dont get it for? what is causing this?? Thanks in advance for any help or replies

Any commonalities?  The IW2 Collection is marked as "adult", are the others having problems also "adult"?  What about the ones not having problems?

not that i noticed. i looked at a bunch of random ones some of the adult filter ones work and some dont. its the same for ones with no adult marker on them some work and some dont.

This seems to happen (somewhat rarely in our testing) for free users viewing adult collections. Our devs are aware of this and are looking into it. Current theory is it's somehow related to YouTube thumbnails on the page.

any way to fix it or is it just a wait and it will fix itself?

so now that i went to the collections again its definitely now only happening with the ones with the adult tags. it was random ones before but now just the adult marked ones
