You're out of tortilla shells because:

a) the universe wants you to be depressed, or

b) you can't be bothered to go buy more?

Mail order is your friend. I also live half an hour from the nearest small city and one and a half hours from the nearest real city. I mail order all my food. I also can't drive (not since 2015).

My dad usually picks things up from the store for me since I am still too poor to leave home even for an apartment.

Speaking of food have you ever tried Tortilla Espanola? (Spanish Omelette)

I've never heard of a Spanish omlette so have no clue what's in it. What's the recipe?

(I'm still mostly AFK working on a song and film.)

Fried grated potatoes in a pan, then add the onion in with it before it solidifies, continue to fry until the potatoes turn brown then pour egg into the mix and it will fill the gaps in the potatoes and onions, then let fry until the egg has solidified, then cut into pieces and serve,

A batch for 4 people requires 6 eggs

and a batch for 2 people requires 3 eggs (and half the potatoes and onions as well as a smaller pan to cook it in)

I've made that countless dozens of times and always thought it was just called a potato omelet *Laughs* I didn't realize a country holds that recipe dear but appreciate it. The one variation I do, which may be the Argentinian variation, is I don't grate the potatoes. I slice them into thin disks (so they fry more quickly and evenly). Onions are optional but good to use if you have them. I also add cheese (lots of it), and that may also be part of the Argentinian variation I was taught as a child. A dash of salt, of course, is essential.

Ideally you serve this with fresh baked bread as well (if you have it or can make it).
