CorleoneM
Hi, I use the dependency column to mark which mods are required in my mod list. However marking manually added mods as required has been a hit or miss. Most of the time despite setting the version to * when configuring the dependency, Vortex still notifies me that the required mod is missing. Pickysaurus
Can you give a specific example? It might be that the mod name doesn't match?

7531Leonidas
Did you check the Plugins section to make sure that the plugin or plugins for that mod are enabled? It is possible to enable a mod w/o enabling the plugin.

Plugins section all enabled
CorleoneM
Hi @Pickysaurus any chance you know a solution for this?
vortexposer
I've never been able to make non-nexus files work either but based off this blurb about globbing - I gave up trying. Plus, collection drafts strip "requires" rules so was less than useful for any practical application. Edited June 28 by vortexposer
Pickysaurus
Oh, if the file is not from Nexus Mods this 100% can't possibly work. If you want use dependency metadata I would ask the author to share it here. It's not possible for Vortex to know anything about files that didn't come from Nexus Mods in regards to updates/versions/metadata
