Vortex shows SDtarfield.ESM, Constellation.ESM, etc. as "Not Managed by Vortex

I started with a Clean Install of Starfield, open Vortex and went to the "load orders" section where all the game's ESM's are showing as "not managed by Vortex".

Same after installing a few mods although the mods show as being managed by Vortex

The game plugins are not managed by Vortex, they are managed by the game.

So it's normal then?! I see, only the mods you install are managed by Vortex.

And it's specific to Starfield. I had a feeling that might be the case since my other modded games like Skyrim SE and FO4 still show a plugin section where the games base files are managed by Vortex.

By the way, LOOT doesn't seem to be allowing me to reorder those files either at least not for Vortex which now makes sense but I would like to rearrange where BlueprintShips-Starfield.ESM is loaded and I can't.

 

The game has it loading after Starfield.esm but before any of the other base game files. This is fine?
