showler Posted July 10 Share Posted July 10 The first one you don't because the author has explicitly denied permission for it to be uploaded to Bethesda.net. The second one you'd need to load in the Creation Kit and then use the built-in functionality in the Creation Kit to upload it to Bethesda.net making sure to credit the author.
