Need help figuring out an "unknown error" from windows please

I'm a very inexperienced modder and not super computer savvy so I'd appreciate any education and/or solution regarding this situation. I'm not entirely sure what caused this to happen, but this error message pops up every time I attempt to deploy my mods now. If I click "cancel" or "retry" the same error message pops up but directed at a different file in the Data folder. It's not for all of my mods, just a dozen or so. Thanks for your time.

It's not a good idea to have games installed in the "program files" directory when you are modding them.

Windows does funny things with that directory.

My suggest would be to "purge" your mods, move the game (use Steam to do this), then update the game location in Vortex and "deploy" the mods again.
