vortex is uptodate message -> flashing

After the vortex is uptodate message my vortex started to flash like it didn't some times ago, but worse, because it does it always, not only during deploy as it happened before

just noticed that alt tabbing somewhere and back fix the flash at least

Any kind of weird flickering can often be caused by your GPU acceleration settings. Try turning off GPU acceleration in the Vortex settings.
