Can someone help?

I'm having trouble with my mods not working right.  I set my character up with paint armor and tattoos and after saving and logging out and back in my characters armor is off and gone from invintory even the war paint is gone or changed even the hair color is different.

Seems likely that your mods got disabled for some reason.  Any warnings when you loaded the game?

No It loads in fine till my stuff changes.  For instance my war paint changes completly also the color, my hair is either gone completly or changes color. My armor is gone and alot of settings in the MCM are reset to default. This is all happening with being saved how it should be. Leave game and when i hit continue to come back in game, is what i described above is what happens when i come back in game.

Have you checked the 'Plugins' tab in Vortex to see if any of your mod plugins have been disabled?

How many mods do you have installed?  It kind of sounds like the symptoms you get when you have more mods then the game can load and stuff gets randomly disabled.

I use MO2 none of the plugins that should be on are turned off.  I currently have 248 esps, there are 41 esm's do esm's count toward the plugin count?

Yes.  It's 254 ESM+ESP files.

You might want to look into ways to make some of them "light plugins" or merge them.

I have no idea how to do that without breaking everything.  If you have some pointers or tips that might help it would be greatly appreciated.
