hi I cant find fallout4.exe in my fallout4 folder when i open it this is what i find

That's not the game folder.  That's the folder in "my documents" that contains the save information and game settings.

Fallout4.exe would be in the actual game folder.

Is your game from the Microsoft Store or Game Pass?

I bought it off of xbox on pc
