What to do first

Hmmm, personally I joined the Mage guild first, then did some blade quests, then House Redoran, then parts of Tribunal, then completed main quest and then started with Bloodmoon. But it's just personal preferance. However, if you want to become leader of a great house, you should do it before you do the 4th/5th trial of the main quest, since that saves you a lot of work.

Okay, i will wait then. :)

Currently at level 15 playing a Battle mage with high ranks in both fighter guild and mages guild, and have just started on Telvanni and imperial legions quests.

Have been up to level 50 before, but that was on the xbox edition.

Whoa... talking about joining many factions... I never tried that many... but I don't like that many factions either.

Well, there are still ashlander quests left for me though :)

What can i say, it's usefull to join lots of faction when your on an infiltration mission to overthrow the empire and take it for yourself . Gaining as many allies as possible and then stab em in the back when they least expect it. Muahaha!

Whoops.... Did i say that out loud? Don't mind me that was the mead talking.

oh ye of little faith. well currently i'm in the mages guild and the imperial cult. to my suprise the imperial cult has some wicked badass quests and they don't go cheap on you either unlike the mages guild which give you retard equipment that wouldn't suit a diseased scrib.

my last character was crazy with the guilds though

Grandmaster of Morag Tong

Grandmaster House Hlaalu

Master Thief

Archmage of Mages Guild

and something in the Dumner Temple

went a little overboard but hey she was an important person. the character i have now just writes books on Oblivion

Heh, I don't want that pooty Empire, I just want their filth out of Morrowind along with anyone who supports them. ;)

And then put signs with "verboten für Imperialisten" on every building

I can't let you do that to us! :D

stands for the empire

Oh back to the original question... don't start Tribunal too early, you'll get involved and find out you can't complete it because you keep getting killed.

I would say play Morrowind, half-way do Bloodmoon, then Tribunal... that's how I did it. Just a suggestion.
