Pellape
I am so bloody tired of hearing my quest giver that I made a couple of days ago, initiate every dialogue with the GREETING: -What do you need? And so does Sarah from the Brotherhood I know there are a lot of GREETINGS but all seems to be related to specific NPS, not like in Oblivion, where they are available for every single NPC and filtered instead and that can be disturbing too, if you make a topic and suddenly that topic is everywhere at every damn NPC in the whole game. One such topic is "The Prophet", as that one should be filtered out if the player already started that quest. So which GREETINGS do you think I should peek at for a white male smith and weapons dealer? I also do wanna add them to Sarah as well. Maybe I get the thumb out, listen through them all really but if you already know which ones I should use, I would be extremely grateful Edited October 28 by Pellape
Radioactivelad
Create a new voice type for him and he won't say any vanilla dialogue under any circumstances.
madmongo
Certain voice types will trigger a greeting. Certain factions will too. If they are in a faction that expects a particular voice type and your NPC doesn't have that voice type, your character can refuse to speak to you. So yes, create a new voice type, but also be careful about what factions your NPC is in.
