Pellape
@RomanRThe offer from Volvo was not about a job, it was 1 year of hard practice and I just cannot afford that. I would have not get paid anything during the summer holidays and €1100 as a student, my rent is €750, and my mom refused to help me more than she had done and I was burned out from 3D. I get more when I am unemployed for sure and search for job as a network technician and support. I have done 2 interviews the last week, with consult companies. I get €1400 now and I can live with that for sure. I do not get negative every month at least, food at the table, doing stuff that is just fun. No stress, no nothing, just do what I want. Going to Volvo by bus takes 1h. I would have worked with something I may not really like. I would have gone homesick, sitting 1h on the bus again. Volvo is not far away from here by car, it takes 20 min for me to get there but I do not have a car, specially if I would only get €1100 and also starve? I ate oats mostly, no wonder I could not focus after 4 months and as cheap as possible dinner at home. I was so damn tired. I have much more energy now, just ate a nice Salad, chicken and pasta. I did that only ones a month as student, now I can eat that a lot, without any economical consequences. We must have a descent life really. Another damn good student, my closest friend in class did the same. He works at a warehouse now and he loves it. He is also a pro welder and made loads of money welding stuff. I am a mechanic from 1980, and did not get payed so much as a welder really does for sure. Just a simple monthly pay out as any worker do. What about a Computer technician? Well that differ depending on your knowledge and I was average. What about an 3D artist? Same salaries as a technician. Standard as a newbie is €2500 and if you make special stuff and get to the top? €3500-6000. You can live with that for sure. And also buy a new car, again and a boat and go to the other side of the world on holidays. I do not think I am aloud to travel and get payed as unemployed if I recall right but does it matter? Not at all, I cannot afford it. Do I want to travel? Nope, I just like to sit under my cork oak, smelling the bloody flowers. This also did happen in real life, during the Spanish civil war, around 1938. Well I cannot find the video but during the journey home, it might have been so that the train was attacked by German luftwaffe and it is unclear what did really happen. But what was clear was, Ferdinand did disappear and never came home again. Germany took advantage of that war, to test their airplanes and military in action, specially the Stuka, before attacking Poland. Did they like Spain fascists? Nope. Did the spanish people like the Germans? No way they did. What they did want to prevent, was communism in Spain, and test their new stuff, nothing else. Pellape
So how did Disney find out about Ferdinand? He was so unique that the owners did document his behavior and life and they sure took a lot of photos and films. The story was sent on Swedish television a couple of years back and that was a tragic story for sure. A novel was also written about it. Why care about a bull? Good question. The real story has so much drama, and I got a bit of surprised seeing it. I really thought that the bull did came home in the end, as that is what we are told in the Disney movie. But bombed by German Nazis with Stuka, while traveling home from Madrid with animal transport??? The photo, when is it taken? I look at the hairstyle of the girl, and guess 1933-1938. That hairstyle was common until 1945. My mom had similar 1946 even. But Ferdinand passed away 1938. Edited November 7 by Pellape
Pellape
@RomanRAnother thing I could not buy as a student, Coffee and candy. I just went out, and bought that, without a second thought. Does educuation cost anything in Sweden? Yes, if you take private lessons or want a Firewall degree 1 week for €2500 and I sure took private music lessons as Classic Guitar 1981-82 and Jazz piano around 1990, harmonics. Those where not cheap. What did I learn there? Well, what did I learn? When I bought my Jackson guitar and noticed the soft sound, I thought, why not do something as soft as possible? How soft can I play without missing the strings? Well I did some, not much noticeable, as that was the challenge I gave myself. All other education is free and we get paid, not much but still, you do not die of hunger doing it. Even University is free, same deal.
Pellape
Right after that, I did this, which I did send to SAGA 2020 and I met them backstage 2022. Talk about Fallout in this video. Edited November 7 by Pellape
Pellape
I just posted this at the Voice Actors forum and I thought it was so fun, I show you a copy. I did see some fun Voice acting today, was it serious? Well that is up to debate, was it funny, well extremely funny if you know TES and the world of Tamriel, in this case Skyrim, by Bethesda in between Fallout FNV and Fallout 4 and the latter is based on Skyrim completely, the same editor, graphics, scripting, well the NPC's looks better in Fallout 4, but that is not the point. It is fun and also very odd indeed. He use VR and that is what our hands looks like in Skyrim VR, so that is not fake. I cannot see the NPC moving their lips and the voice do sound like it is a one person show, but never the less, if this would have worked in the game for real, this is how the NPC's would had react. In the other hand, that voice do sound familiar, a copy of one of the real Voice Actor's. (The text below the video at YouTube explains which AI that is in action) Is this a test of Skyrim AI? No, I do not think so as we must write the lines. Is AI involved? I think so but not Skyrim AI. he do use another AI which he points at in the background. Would any AI today be able to act like these NPC's Yes and mods are made to prove it. The game industry and realism is soon going in to another dimension, pure realistic AI making lines on the fly. What about the future for Voice Actors if that is true? What is the future for me as a 3D artist? IDK??? Can AI do my art exact as I do it? Yes for sure. www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eltu_8C7j4s So what is my thoughts about the choice of Hayden in that video from Skyrim? Well not random really. He, well Hayden or Aurora use the most expensive and rare armor available. Finding it is rare, you have to make it by a series of quests in a DLC of Morrowind, Solstein (Red Rock) to be more precise. You need a special pickaxe to be able to mine Stalhrim and you need to mine it in old Nordic graves, from a substence surrounding these old mumies, that also can start to live again and attack the miner. So was that really random? We will never know. By the way, Lynda Carter did a lot of NPC's in Skyrim, a whole race and she rocks. So damn cool Voice Actor. See my previous post about her. She did the Orc's and the Nord's, 2 races, which means she should be the most comon voice in that Universe. She also did it in the Game Oblivion. I never forget this line... From a Nordic female smith with a hangover. -Pleeease, do not talk so loud, I have a headache... So damn well made Lynda Carter again. I could really ask her to do my NPC Would I had afford it? No way. Lynda Carter in Fallout 4, she also wrote the music. Edited November 7 by Pellape

Pellape
Another thing I do not remember if I did post is: What did I do before 3D school? I did not knew I was gonna do 3D school at first, as I was aiming at Science. Within which area? Well that was a bit unclear. I did fail chemistry, but I sure have knowledge why molecules do change and that the electron is the key to it all that opens or closes the molecule. Physics 2? Well I did got high grade in Physics 1 1998, I did not had the energy to do it, so a D, as low as you can get but... Did I mention that I did study Biology 2 years ago, High School for grown ups? I got a B, which is extremely high. It was a bout Cell structure, Cells development during the evolution and also about the evolution which I have been studying deep since 1970 or so and I always been interested and fascinated by the evolution. My teacher also said I could be a teacher within the evolution, as I know so much about it that I really could do it. I know I can do it. How came life to be? (Another day for that topic, as that is sooo deeeep) I do have a theory, that might work, or rather I did choose a side in that science debate but I cannot say how it really did happen, no one can. Lets go forward in time 3 billion years instead as that is easier to understand. Well for around 375 million years ago, something odd did happen. I did send this video to my class and to my teacher, 2023, was hoping she would use it on a lesson or a lecture. They did not know what to think about it, not what to do with it. I just love it and the song is great. My kind of stuff, no doubt about it. Enjoy. I am convinced more videos like this one, will inspire the kids to love the evolution classes. I also learned how to sing it, I have not tried to play it, but I think I could, no doubt about that. I just love this song. The singer is usually a bloody growler but here he proves that he can sing for real. Charlie Griffith is a genius. But mostly he do to much speed metal for my taste, and that makes me stressy, well, if I get to much of that stuff that is. Enjoy the show. So what did she do instead? She did show us the Lion King and danced, She was fun, no doubt, but... Did I really enjoy the Lion King, me as a Classical and Heavy musician? I did had fun seeing her dance, no doubt. That she skipped my video, still pisses me off. This is also cool. Do read at the pedals and the amp, so many details and Easter eggs. Pedals at 4:04, pause and read. Pellape
Damn - It seems I had to watch the video after all. I gave it up... What he did say in the beginning of this video is that the Keller family is involved. I do know now how to open the locked door without cheating. That is important as do I need to add in my quest, that you as a player must do the Keller family quest? I do hope I do not need that. But I can add into the topic, that the player should visit the Keller family if that quest is not yet done.
Pellape
All I need to to is to follow this guide and make 5 new quests. So simple and also fun. https://fallout.fandom.com/wiki/Keller_family_transcript The Lynda Carter Story, Nords and Orcs, Oblivion Edited November 8 by Pellape
Pellape
I also forgot to add, a student buscard, cost €65 a month, and we must pay for it out self. It is free for all under 18... Dentist is free under 18 and over 65 as well... Hospitals here are always free. We also have the highest taxes in the world The money I did mention, for a student or if you do not have a job, no taxes. So the €2500-5000 is 30-40% taxes + 25% tax for everything you buy, except food 15% and that is called Moms Edited November 9 by Pellape
