Final thoughts, I guess. What is more important and much harder or impossible to answer or explain is. Where did the RNA, DNA, proteins come from and why did all those end up in such a close environment that they managed to start to live? How did that mess end up inside a cell membrane?

Time for me to stop thinking and make quests...  😉

The whole point is still really: If the citizens of US really wanna save their country and really wanna make it better and great again, they do prioritize the wrong things in life. So what does really NCR need to prioritize in FNV after Hover Dam? How do they really make New Vegas great again? Are each settler capable to take part?  I think so. Will they? Obviously not as it still require resources. Where do they get the resources from?  Well honestly to start with, pure clay and mud. Clay is a wonderful substance to use in a desert for buildings. Clay is also cheap and CO2 proof.

I will watch this video now for sure:

So how much clay is available in New Vegas? I would guess a lot really. Can we make it in 3D? Yes, easy I would say. Will it fit with Fallout Lore?  I really think so, yes for sure as it makes perfect sense.

That's why I explain that the Legion should be nuked, and with other mods, the NCR has complete control over the Mojave, just like in my game—with Ulysses dead. (Claim the mojave).....
As for water, the NCR could easily transport it with trucks and work on creating reservoirs.
As for photosynthesis, ancient people managed to survive before, even though this storm already existed back then.
And finally, the NCR would retake this location even if they haven’t yet destroyed the Legion before the Battle of Hoover Dam, as they could easily bomb Dry Wells to cut off the Legion’s supply line and rebuild the Divide to prepare for the Hoover Dam battle.
So, Lore friendly ?

1. NCR has a lot of brahmin barons, water/transport caravan companies. They are a force to reckon with in NCR senates and representative Houses. So with 2nd Hoover Dam win and NCR can finally develop Mojave, They would invest more into brahmin ranches and farms. Note: brahmin barons do appear in Vegas, like Ultra Luxe casino.

2. NCR classic sandcrete buildings are from prewar tech, I think. I dont remember where I read it, F1 or F2, but the way to build sandcrete/adobe buildings of NCR is from database in Vaults. So when NCR build up Mojave, those sandcrete buildings are going to spread all over~

@RLTheCoolStudiosIn one way, that would break the current lore but honestly does it matter? Does it?  Let me think...  We have flying vehicles but I have never seen cars in game. We do have one working train in Washington D.C, one single subway train in the Presidental subway. We do not have any cars, not as I know off and how do we get energy for the cars? We do have a lot of sun in Mojave and water at the Hoover Dam. I suggest we split water H2O with sunenergy, to get Hydrogen and Oxygen, exactly the 2 products used in most Rockets and also soon in cars. The reason it has not been a big thing is the security risks transporting hydrogen. Is there any fossil fuel in Mojave? I guess so. And we also have the old power cells but they are limited. Nuclear power is a big thing but can we make new one or create a new nuclear plant? That is extremely risky.

The energy from Hoover Dam is not enough for the current need, so Sun Power stations must be built. I used to pass such station every day when I went to school. Lets peek at it and it would make sense to implement it as well and then we solve the whole energy demand for vehicles transporting water as well. It would had been easiest to just drill for ground water like the Arabs is doing right now in Arizona. We do have one Sun power plant, but what stops NCR to build more now when they are friends with the Brotherhood, if that was your choice? I did choose the Brotherhood and that is a problem as well. Will they be included or not in this project and how? There are many IF.

Hydrogen/Oxygen - Water cycle:

Hydrogen is also important to allow our cells to do their job, well the electron is and hydrogen transport the electrons. Lets see how a Hydrogen car works:

Well, why it failed, which is funnier in one way. Does NCR care?  Well they do not and they will try it and the cars will blew up in flames.  😄  That is a good story for the game. 😄  Perfect.

I did invent a Hydrogen bike during a project we had in 3D school together with the web designer pupils. My teammates where mad at me when I tried to explain how it worked as that was none relevant to our project as the goal was to present appealing images and a nice webpage.  😄   I did explain it at our presentation extremely briefly and my teacher laughed and thought it was brilliant, as he did not do that often. The gas tube was a twin set of tubes at the rear end of the bike, under the saddle, and if it would had exploded, well the driver would had learn how to fly. That webpage is of course down as we did take it down the day after the presentations was made. All pictures we made is at the school accounts.

Otherwise, how do you think we should solve the energy issues? How do we really get the water in detail to the right spot and from where? That could be a very nice quest for sure.

Chalmers Technical University hydrogen test facility outside our school.

Dome-of-Vision-nu-Hydrogen-Dome-of-Swede

The wooden wall to the left side, has a sign explaining in detail how it works., well similar to this simple sign, but black with white text, very simple. They do mix Hydrogen with Natural Gas below, which is a fossil fuel and a limited resource. We must stop using fossil fuel which also produce CO2. Hydrogen + Oxygen only produce water, nothing else as far as I know. Does NCR cares? Not at the current moment, they do not. Surviving is more vital than climate for NCR, no doubt. It is a life and death situation and short term thinking.

I do think an option should be implemented in case the Legion wins.

So how did the real Legion worked between 700BC -> 450AC?  Well they rebuilt the whole Europe, building high quality roads all over the place, built mines, using all wood resources available, mining out all gold, copper, Iron, making not only Iron but also steel. The Roman collapse the year 453 was because all gold was used, no more resources and people started to have a living hell, + a natural catastrophe with a 10 year short Ice Age period, that wiped out a big part of Europe. One big resource was trees and they did use every damn tree they could find to make Iron as you must melt the rock making it, from Iron Oxide as pure Iron do not exist natural on the earth surface, only RUST, nothing else. Rust is Iron Oxide, the red dust and also make our blood red. Blood do taste Iron, does it not?  😄

Did no one else do all that stuff in ROME except the military Legion?  Well honestly, NO. It was the job of the Legion, take over all land they could get, rebuild it, also make sure to take slaves and/or hire the locals into the legion and they could also become pure Roman citizens after 20 years of service for the Empire. The Legion was all kind of Europeens and also Africaans. Nubies was damn good with bows and so on. It was the most mixed up army the world had ever seen and still is. Would it be possible to remaker it today? No way. That is impossible. Why? There are not enough resources and not enough targets to raid, simple as that. And no more gold available in the European gold mines. Gold was extremely vital for their success. Roman Sestier's was the world common money and trade item. Later the Italians invented the bank system, but 1000 years later after ROME fell apart.

The Vikings, my own ancestors? Well they did almost the same thing but in a much smaller scale and range and smaller operations between the year 763-1066. So just before the Battle of Hastings, when the Viking Normands won over the Britts, there was a big Viking attack against Britain, from Norway, that the Vikings did loose and that was the last VIking battle. Was it? The Normands where also Vikings but they all spoke french and had forgotten that they where Danish.  😄  Still, they where psychos, no doubt.

Honestly. The modern Mojave Legion is more Vikings than the Romans where. Pure short sighted raiders, nothing else. The Romans however did had a plan, that really did work, expanding and also develop all taken lands. Everyone got it better under Roman rule and no one got it better under the Viking roling of Britain. So my conclusion really is: NCR acts and do stuff exactly the same way as the pure old Roman Legion did. Was everyone happy under Roman role? No way. A lot of uprising did occur under those 1300 years that the Empire did exist. Some of those uprisings are very famous and well documented.

To begin with, I think that idea might be going too far. Otherwise, I’ll also make a Legion alternative as well as one for the Brotherhood of Steel (BOS), but there will never be an option for the NCR to ally with the Legion or the BOS. I might add The Followers as an NCR ally. As for vehicles, it’s definitely possible—there’s already a great mod that proves it [ https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/62758 ].

As already mentioned, the mod can be used before the Second Battle of Hoover Dam as well as after (FPGE), since the Fallout Wiki itself states that this was one of the NCR’s most important supply routes. So, it’s plausible that the NCR could retake the Divide to support its troops... even before the Second Battle of Hoover Dam.
(With Ulysses dead and Dry Wells nuked.)

In the region also known as the Divide, the community's location along a sparse, but active trade route served as a connection to the communities of the Mojave Wasteland to the east, and the wealth of the New California Republic to the west as travelers from the latter began to traverse it, establishing a new supply line to the region as a means to bolster their military occupation of the Hoover Dam in the former. This drew the attention of Caesar's Legion, who attempted to cut the new connection despite their recent loss to the NCR in the First Battle of Hoover Dam.

Yes, I agree. I just open up for options, brain storming some, which I am, well I think I am good at, sometimes. Things can be done in 2 different directions, well simple and fun, but that is also fast, but also, what is the goal? The goal is still to make a descent life for the settlers. In any case, I like it, no matter what really. What you decide to do between A and B, does not really matter at all, just that you do something, that is more than nothing.  😄  Modding is about having fun after all, within the limits of our own knowledge of the game.

The other way is to make it more advanced and realistic with many different steps involved. It is more a question of immersion and RP, and dialogues, than it is in actual models, but new models needs to be made I guess to make it more realistic? Do they need to be advanced?  I do not think so really, just a symbolic plant, but we do have everything in game I think already. The energy problem is already a part of the BOS story and the NCR main Q. Expanding and making new villages and new settlements, will only make it worse, not better for everyone. Honestly, it is maybe best to wipe out a part of the survivors really.  😄  And the energy problem gets solved.  😉

You do not need to do it alone you know... 😉

How do we solve this in F4 with SS2? Energy plots are extremely vital and so is water plants, for pure water. It is already implemented there by kinggath. Also agricultural and scavenging plots and it all makes sense but could maybe make the game less stable really. A lot of scripting is involved after all and the game is going down on its knees. Quest scripts will be required, not object scripts as that will slow down FNV. Does it need much scripting at all, a single village? Nope, it really does not. I do not think it will have any impact on the game stability or performance really. Fallout 4 and Papyrus do sux and it is a known problem what happens if your save game gets to big, as it will crash.

@RLTheCoolStudiosBut what happens if the player suddenly decide to aid the BOS or the legion or YES Man before Hoover Dam?  What will happen with your village? That will require a lot of extra work for sure. Will the Legion wipe them all out as that is what they are good at in game. Will they enslave them? If I would had made this, I made sure it did happen after the second battle of Hoover Dam was finished.
