For Vortex, the initial deploy order is generally determined by LOOT...  However, there seems to be a strong alphabetical order bias that is subsequently adjusted.

It shouldn't matter whether it's deploying alphanumerically, phonetically or using hieroglyphs.  Conflicts need to be resolved and non-conflicts are irrelevant.  The result will always be the same.
