Supported game not showing up

I've been having issues with vortex. I'm trying to install mods to the witcher 3 but it doesn't show up on games. On the ring bell it says game extension not loaded. I have even tried and reinstalling vortex but it still doesn't work. When i search up the witcher on games tab it's just the witcher 1 and 2 that shows up.

Open extensions tab.  Make sure to hit the "show hidden" button.  Find the extension for Witcher 3.  I believe if you double-click it then it will give you more details on why it failed.

I found the solution it was just to delete C:\Users\x\AppData\Roaming\Vortex\plugins\Vortex Extension Update - The Witcher 3 v1.3.8
