Ledouie Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Can we pleaseĀ 2 hours ago, JobiWanUK said: I've suddenly switched to this. It's confusing because links (including author names) are now in orange which was traditionally the colour for Oldrim and SE was in blue. I thought I was on the wrong mod section for a minute. I don't like it. Why change the colours to something that used to be for something different? This. The new style is fine but please add back the specific game colours. 2
Benmc20 Posted March 10 Posted March 10 So, no more tests ? I switched back to the old interface, without any possibility toswitch to the new one (which I prefer).

Yes, the beta ended. The changes are being rolled out over the next few weeks (see: https://forums.nexusmods.com/topic/13510484-mod-browsing-overhaul-rollout). So it will take some time for the website to look exactly like it did during the beta. 53 minutes ago, Isguros said: What did you do to switch back to the old interface? I had to apply a special stylesheet to make up for its faults. As usual with all site rollouts (not just Nexus), I saw no evidence the company listened to a darn thing we said. Most of which boiled down to: STOP WASTING VERTICAL SPACE. 4
LummoxJR Posted March 11 Posted March 11 Free style sheet for use with the Stylus extension, or whatever equivalent you have: https://github.com/LummoxJR/Nexusmods-style-fixes It covers mod pages and mod listings. I didn't explore much else with the beta so I'm sure I'll find other things to update when more of it rolls out. 1 4
bleeqh Posted March 11 Posted March 11 Dunno anything about this beta but my notifications are still broken and have been for likely years. The only notifications I seem to get are "mods are now available for a game you've never heard of" which is the least interesting thing to me. I don't get updates to mods I'm following, or replies to my comments or anything that actually involves ME.

I installed the Stylus Extension for Firefox, but when i want to import a style it wants files in *.json format. I get the instruction to drag and drop the file on the webpage tab, but the i just get to see the code of your css-file

That way only specific sites are affected and you don't have to download another extension. update: installed Stylus. 1. Open nexusmods. 2. Open LummoxJR's github page in a new tab (just copy the style from the css page). 3. In the Nexus tab click the Stylus icon and in the drop-down menu choose "create style for" (click on the nexus address). 4. You'll be taken to a new tab - erase all code there and past LummoxJR's code. 5. Click 'Save' on the left. Enjoy! Edited March 11 by zloybelka 2
JobiWanUK Posted March 11 Posted March 11 I'm trying to upload a mod. Despite a new interface, you STILL haven't fixed the indexing bug where you have to wait 15 minutes and it keeps telling you don't have permission to upload a mod and that it's unpublished. This has been going on for months. Also, when trying to opt the mod into DP, I get told 'you don't have any mods'. Pretty poor all round. 2
